This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and changes related to our offerings, including digital products, retreats, coaching programs, and private services.
All sales of downloadable digital content (e.g., PDFs, audio/video recordings, templates, or course materials) are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page at the time of purchase.
Refund terms for multi-week courses or group programs (such as intensives or coaching cohorts) are defined on the corresponding sales or registration page. Unless otherwise stated:
If a money-back guarantee is offered, it will clearly state the applicable timeframe (e.g., “7-day guarantee from course start date”).
After the stated window expires, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Failure to participate in live sessions or complete materials does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
We understand that plans sometimes change. Because our retreats require advance reservations, limited capacity, and non-refundable costs on our end, our event cancellation policy is as follows:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation more than 60 days before the retreat start date: Refunds may be issued for any amount paid beyond the deposit.
Cancellation within 60 days of the retreat: No refunds will be issued unless your space is filled from the waitlist, in which case your payment may be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.
No-shows or early departures (voluntary or otherwise) are not eligible for refunds.
In extraordinary cases of personal emergency, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a partial credit toward future participation.
Cancellations or rescheduling of private sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
If you purchase a multi-session coaching package and decide to discontinue early, we may issue a pro-rated refund or credit, calculated based on used sessions and any applicable administrative fees. Such decisions are made case-by-case and at our discretion.
Payments are non-transferable across different offerings unless explicitly allowed. Store credit may be offered in rare cases, subject to expiration and approval.
